Herbalife, located at 776 Riverside Drive, Coral Springs, signed a 1,003 square foot lease for five (5) years at Plaza at Coral Springs. Other tenants at the center include Paragon Theaters, Subway and Painting with a Twist. Neal Realty & Investments represented the owner and the tenant.
Care Spot Urgent Care leased 3,900 square feet for ten (10) years at Aberdeen Plaza. Aberdeen Plaza is located at Jog Road, Boynton, Fl. The tenant joins popular tenants such as Subway, Great Wok Chinese Restaurant, H&R Block, and Dunkin Donuts. Neal Realty & Investments represented the owner and the tenant in this lease.
Several Leases have been renewed at Dixie Warehouses. Carpentry Plus renewed lease for two (2) years; the plaza is located at 400 South Dixie Hwy, Pompano, FL. Joining Carpentry Plus is also Super Tires for two (2) years with their space of 1,344 square foot. IRS Graphics renewed their lease for two (2) more years with a space of 1,179 square foot. Neal Realty & Investments represented the owner and the tenant.
Dixie Warehouses is now fully leased with the addition of RB&M Auto Sales. Located at 402 South Dixie Hwy., Pompano, Fl. This Retail-Flex space was leased at 856 square foot for two (2) years. Neal Realty & Investments represented the owner and the tenant in this lease.
