Oakland Shopping Center, located at 4153 - 4397 N. State Road 7, Lauderdale Lakes, Florida, signed a 600 sq. ft lease for 3 years with Jr Henry Assilio Richemond. The “coming soon” office will join other tenants such as Oriental Food Mart, Liberty Tax, Silver Pond and The Broward Family Center. Neal Realty exclusively leases and manages the property owned by Oakland Commercial Properties, LTD, LLLP.

Also, at Oakland Shopping Center, Nu Life Beauty Salon, signed a 3-year lease for an additional 600 sq. ft to expand their current space at the center.

In addition, at Oakland Shopping Center, Tenant Duc Thanh Jewelry renewed their lease for an additional 5-year term for a space of 900 sq. ft. Duc Thanh occupies unit 4135 and has been a tenant at the center from June 2005.

Neal Realty & Investments signed a 5 year, 1200 sq. ft lease with Progressive Insurance at Lakes Medical Center located at 4455 - 4485 North State Road 7, Lauderdale Lakes, FL. Other tenants at the center are Dollar General, Noodle House, Vision Dance, other local businesses. Neal Realty exclusively leases and manages the property.

Dazile & Associates LLC, renewed their lease for an additional 5 years at Lakes Medical Center, for a space of 850 sq. ft, owned by Lakes Medical Center, LLC. The space located at 4483 N. State Road 7, Lauderdale Lakes, FL. Neal Realty is the exclusive management and leasing company for the property.

Chan Boon, LLC signed a 900 sq. ft lease for 10 year for a Chinese Restaurant at the Village Plaza in Boca Raton, located at 690 - 698 Yamato Road, Boca Raton, FL. He will be joining many well established tenants such as Einstein Bagels, Supercuts, Subway, Jamba Juice, and AT&T Wireless, etc. Neal Realty exclusively represents the owners in this deal.

Seawalk Pointe, located in Hallandale Beach, recently has leased a space for 5,000 sq. ft for 10 years to Bon Éclair, Corp for a European Market and Café. The plaza is anchored by Walmart as well. Seawalk Pointe is owned by Three Islands Associates Retail and is leased by Neal Realty & Investments. Neal exclusively represented both the owner and the tenant.

Pinecrest Plaza, 903-999 East Cypress Creek Road in Fort Lauderdale, has two new leases signed. In 909-A, Jilliane Beauty Supply leased 1,512 sf, and Badfellow Tattoo expanded by 1,500 sf into space 947. Neal Realty represented the owners, Pinecrest AP, LLC in the transaction. The new tenants join 7-11, Jiffy Lube, Subway, Galaxy Pizza, Duffy’s Diner, Pet Emergency Center and many other popular local and national tenants. The plaza is leased and managed by Neal Realty and Neal Property Management.

At the Shoppes of Delray, located at 14400 South Military Trail, Patel’s Liquor Store leased 2,640 square feet of retail space. This center is now fully leased and other tenants include Turtle Tavern, China Gardens Restaurant, Yankee Clipper Barber and many other popular local businesses. Neal Realty and Neal Property Management both exclusively lease and manage this center, which is owned by Shoppes of Delray AP, LLC.

At the Sunrise Shoppes lll, located at 2700 – 2834 North University Drive in Sunrise, two new tenants signed leases. House of Styles Barbershop leased 900 sf in #2808, and Freeway Insurance Services leased 900 sf in #2828. The 48,000 square foot center is owned by Sunrise Shoppes LC. The new tenants join other businesses Scarborough Animal Clinic, A-1 Vacuum, Budget Rent a Car, Skyline Chili and many other popular local and national tenants.

Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. represented the seller, YSI Invstments, LLC,  in the recent sale of a 13,805 square foot free standing building located in Fort Lauderdale at 5600 North Federal Highway. Green West USA, Inc. was the buyer  for the purchase price of $$4,150,000, or $300 per square foot. The building, built in 1997, sits on a 1.25 acre lot and was formerly used by Edwin Watts Golf. The new owners plan on using the building for their corporate headquarters.

Pathways Academy has leased 7,080 square feet for a day care center in Suites 4365-4385. The 108,966 square foot center is located at 4101-4397 North State Road 7 in Lauderdale Lakes. Neal Realty and Neal Property Management exclusively represent the landlord, Oakland Commercial Properties, in leasing and property management.

Emerald Plaza has a new tenant which signed a lease for 1,060 square feet in Suite 2435. Impact Windows USA will be opening a new store for retail window sales. The 13,362 square foot center is located at 2501 Stirling Road in Dania Beach, and other tenants include Stop N Go and Supreme Cleaners. Dabby Properties owns the center, which is leased exclusively by Neal Realty.

Neal Realty has represented the owners, Countyline Shoppes, LLC in a lease at their 21,000+/-  square foot shopping center located in Miami at 1006-1070 Countyline Road, Countyline Plaza.  Bread of Life Ministries has leased 2,500 square feet in Suites 1038 and 1042. Neal Realty exclusively represents the ownership in leasing of the center, which is now fully occupied!

At the Turtle Run Shoppes, located at 6221-6373 West Sample Road, three new companies have signed  leases. Salon Centric will occupy 1,835 sf in Suite 6279, Smoothie King leased 1,400 sf in Suite 6225 and Bargain Dollar leased 1,600 sf in Suite 6283.  The 175,550 square foot center is anchored by Ross and Burlington Coat Factory, and owned by G&C Holland Coral Springs, LLC, Neal Realty exclusively leases the popular center, which has undergone recent renovations

Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. represented the seller, D&N Asset Management, Inc.  in the recent sale of land  in Riviera Beach, FL. The 2.24 acre parcel, located at 1124 West Blue Heron Blvd. in Riviera Beach, was purchased by MB Group Properties, LLC, for the purchase price of $348,000. The buyer will be building a warehouse for the Palm Beach Rug Gallery facility.

Leases Signed in February:

Dollar General has renewed their 10,168 square feet of retail space for five more years in Lauderdale Lakes at the Lakes Medical Center, in Suite #4455.  The 54,000+ square foot center, located at 4455-4485 North State Road 7, is owned by Lauderdale Lakes Medical Center, LLC and is exclusively leased and managed by Neal Realty and Neal Property Management. The new tenant joins The Surgery Center, Noodle House, Vision Dance and other tenants.

In North Bay Village, Village Bakery has leased 1,650 square feet at Shoppes at the Lexi. The 25,000 square feet of retail space is located on the ground level of the Lexi Condominiums at 1700 Kennedy Causeway. The new tenant will be joining Humana, Fast Signs and DeBella Pizza. Neal Realty and Property Management lease and manage the center, which is owned by Lexi Development Company, Inc. and has now been fully leased.

Christiano Mosher has leased 950 of service/flex space in Pompano Beach at 400 South Dixie Highway for an auto sales center. The 9,100 sf center is owned by Barban, Inc. and Neal Realty and Neal Property Management exclusively lease and manage the property.

There is going to be a new tenant at the 3110 Plaza in Lighthouse Point. In Suite 3106,  Eficaz Education will soon be opening in 1,000 sf. The popular 30,000+ community center is owned by Lighthouse 3110 LLC, and exclusively leased by Neal Realty. Other tenants include Burger Fi, Legends East, South Florida ENT, LP Animal Hospital and other local popular tenants.

Sale Negotiation in March:

Neal Realty & Investments was the transaction broker in a recent sale in North Lauderdale. Arena Shoppes ll, LLLP,  purchased the 37,000+ square foot retail center, Arena Shops, for $7,150,000.  The center is located at 7210 and 7290 West McNab Road. The seller of the property is a partnership between North Lauderdale Associates and Gordon Property Company lll. 

Arena Capital Holdings, led by Oscar Rodriguez, Jr. bought the first phase of the property at 7300 West McNab Road in 2016. Tenants there include Ross Dress for Less, Fassas,  Dollar Tree and Youfit Health Clubs.

At the Nob Hill Pavillion, 1834 North Nob Hill Road in Plantation, Champion Zone Fitness has leased 1,300 square feet in Suite #10. The new tenant joins Bonefish Grill, Pizza Village, La Bamba Restaurant, State Farm, T-Mobile, UPS and other businesses at this Walgreens anchored center. The 46,000 square foot community center is owned by Nob Hill Pavilion, Inc., and Neal Realty & Investment exclusively handles the leasing.

A new tenant has leased space at Lakeside Plaza in Hallandale. One Main Financial of America is opening a new business leasing 1,750 square feet in suite 940-44. The 38,000 +/- square foot center is located at 920-1020 West Hallandale Beach Blvd. and is owned by Lakeside Shoppes LC. State Farm, Little Caesar’s Pizza, Nexpage and Dollar Tree are other tenants at this center, which is leased exclusively by Neal Realty & Investments, Inc.

At the Presidential Plaza, located in Hollywood at 3765 Hollywood Blvd., there is a new tenant, Dark Brew Cafe, which leased 1,100 square feet in suite #3635. The 40,000+/- sf center is owned by SVS Presidential LLC, and Neal Realty represented the ownership and has brought it to being 100% leased! The center includes Walgreens and Wendy’s as tenants.

Neal Realty represented the landlord, Yamato AP, LLC in the lease transaction, which brings the 6,500 sf center to 100% occupancy. Neal Property Management handles the management of the center.

At the King Plaza, located at 7964 Miramar Parkway in Miramar, Garden of Eden Salon Spa & Wellness has leased 750 square feet, and joins Bank of America and I-Hop. The landlord for the 10,000+ sf center is King Plaza Shopping Center.

Nyla’s World has leased 5,400 square feet at the Plaza of Coral Springs, located at 746-752 Riverside Drive in Coral Springs. The 96,000+ square foot center, adjacent to the Coral Square Mall, is owned by Plaza at Coral Springs, LLC. Neal Realty is the exclusive leasing agent for the shopping center, and the new tenant joins anchors Frank Theaters and Outback Steakhouse Restaurant

There is going to be a new tenant at the 3110 Plaza in Lighthouse Point. In Suite 3108-12. Nelson Marques, DDS has leased 2,000 sf for a dentist office. The popular 30,000+ community center is owned by Lighthouse 3110 LLC, and exclusively leased by Neal Realty. Other tenants include Burger Fi, Legends East, South Florida ENT, LP Animal Hospital and other local popular tenants.

At the Promenade of Coral Springs, 1933-1955 North University Drive, a new tenant, Choice Legal Group, P.A. has leased 5,814 square feet of office space in Suite 204 on the second floor. Caruso Enterprises leased 600 sf in suite 4127, Heart for Arts Center leased 600 sf in suite 4117, La Bella’s Hair Salon leased 600 sf in suite 4137, Uniquely Yours Nail and Hair Salon leased 600 sf in suite 4199, and New York Boutique leased 966 sf in suite 4177. The 108,966 square foot center is located at 4101-4397 North State Road 7 in Lauderdale Lakes. Neal Realty exclusively represents the landlord.

At The Boulevard Shoppes, located at 5344 North University Drive in Lauderhill, Neal Realty represented the landlord, SG Ventures 1, in a 2,880 square foot lease. The new tenant at Suite 5344 is 3 “n” Less. Neal Realty is the exclusive leasing agent for the 40,537 square foot center, which includes tenants Bennett Auto Supply, ½ Price Mattress and others.

In Pompano Beach at 410 South Dixie Highway, Bill Lee Body Shop leased 1,509 square feet of flex space. Neal Realty and Neal Property Management lease and manage this 9,170 combination retail/warehouse building which is owned by Barban, Inc. and is now fully leased. 

Gables End Plaza in Boynton Beach at 4895 Windward Passage Drive is now fully leased by Neal Realty with its new tenant, Ram Floyd Tattoo, which is leasing 1,203 square feet in unit 8. Pinecrest Plaza, 903-999 East Cypress Creek Road in Fort Lauderdale, has two new tenants. Cell Proz has leased 524 square feet at 955, and Snoopy Puppies has leased 1,062 square feet at #915. Neal Realty represented the owners, Pinecrest AP, LLC in the transaction. The new tenants join 7-11, Jiffy Lube, Subway, Grande Pizza, Duffy’s Diner, Pet Emergency Center and many other popular local and national tenants. The plaza is leased and managed by Neal Realty and Neal Property Management. 

At the Tanglewood Plaza, located at 9708 Pines Blvd. in Pembroke Pines, Thrive Dance signed a lease for 900 square feet. The 36,243 square foot center is owned by Tanglewood Plaza at Pembroke Pines Inc. Sally Beauty, Starbucks, and Kindercare are among other tenants at this popular center, which Neal Realty leases exclusively for the landlord.

Neal Realty & Investments, Inc.is proud to have represented the sellers, IVREF Investments in the recent sale of a retail/flex building in Hallandale Beach. The building, located at 200-210 NE 1st Avenue, is a 23,516 square foot one story multi-tenant center on 1.04 acres.  Purchasing the two buildings was ABA SHELI LLC for a purchase price of $2,350,000. The center is located in the up and coming Hallandale Fashion Art & Design District with current tenants including Natalie Dance Show, MMA Fitness, Chateau Cosmetics and others.

Neal Realty represented the owner, Samuel Susi, in a 1,488 square foot lease signed by M&M Tutoring at the University Shoppes in Lauderhill. Also at this center, Total Renal Care leased 7,134 sf for medical use, and an existing tenant, Unlimited Power Martial Arts moved within the center and expanded to 2,000 sf. The 50,000+/- sf community center is located at 4938-4998 North University Drive in Lauderhill. Neal Realty exclusively leases the center, which includes a variety of tenants such as Sally Beauty, Cora Health Services, Kwon Family Restaurant and other local tenants. 

The Shops of 26th Street, located at 2554 North State Road 7 in Lauderdale Lakes, has a new tenant. Boost Mobile signed a lease for 1,400 square feet. The 22,789 square foot center is owned by Shops of 26 Street, LLC and Neal Realty and Neal Property Management exclusively handle the leasing and management for this center, which is now fully leased. 

There is going to be a new tenant at the 3110 Plaza in Lighthouse Point. In Suite 3136, a 1,100 square foot tea house, The Kava Bar will soon be opening. The popular 30,000+ community center is owned by Lighthouse 3110 LLC, and exclusively leased by Neal Realty. Other tenants include Burger Fi, Legends East, South Florida ENT, LP Animal Hospital and other local popular tenants. 

At the Tire Kingdom Plaza, located at 6458 West Commercial Blvd.in Lauderhill, existing tenant Fred’s Automotive Super Service Inc. renewed their existing lease for 2,730 square feet, and expanded by another 1,850 square feet. The 19,889 sf center is owned by Balkani Realty. This new lease now makes the center 100% leased!

Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. represented the seller, Gerald Lorin, in the recent sale of a retail building in Fort Lauderdale. The 2,638 square foot multi-tenant building, located at 1032 NW 9th Avenue (Powerline Road) was purchased by Roland Jeanty, for the purchase price of $250,000. The center currently is 68% occupied and the new ownership will be occupying the available space for retail use.

Gulf Mechanical leased 621 square feet of office space in Coral Springs. The new tenant will be located at the 1750 Building, located at 1750 North University Drive. The 42,000 square foot combined office and retail building is owned by 1750 University Holdings, and is currently undergoing extensive renovations. Also at this property, People’s Bank lesaed 614 square feet on the second floor. Neal Realty and Neal Property Management exclusively lease and manage the property.

In Pompano Beach at 402 South Dixie Highway, B&D Auto Sales leased 856 square feet of flex space. Neal Realty and Neal Property Management lease and manage this 9,170 combination retail/warehouse building which is owned by Barban, Inc.

At the Shoppes of Delray, located at 14424 South Military Trail, Hai Yu Day Spa leased 1,275 square feet of retail space. This center is now fully leased and other tenants include Radio Shack and many popular local businesses. Neal Realty and Neal Property Management both exclusively lease and manage this center, which is owned by Shoppes of Delray AP, LLC.

At the Sunrise Shoppes l, located at 2714 North University Drive in Sunrise, The Vapor Shark leased 900 square. The 48,000 square foot center is owned by Sunrise Shoppes LC. The new tenants join other businesses Scarborough Animal Clinic, A-1 Vacuum, Budget Rent a Car, Skyline Chili and many other popular local and national tenants.

Total Renal Care has leased the former CVS space of 9,504 square feet at the Publix anchored Brookside Plaza in Coral Springs. The 81,685 square foot center at 10673 Wiles Road is owned by Wiles Road Brookside Square, Ltd. Neal Realty exclusively leases phase 1 of this popular center, and Neal Property Management manages the center. Among the many tenants here included are Chase Bank, State Farm, Dairy Queen, Brookside Dental and Hallmark. 

Rick’s Tobacco Shop leased 1,205 square feet at the Piper Plaza, located at 4395 North University Drive in Sunrise. Neal Realty represented the ownership, Infinity University Drive, LLC in the transaction at this 15,000+/- square foot center.
