Neal Realty Negotiated the Following Leases:

Lakes Medical Center, located at 4457 N State Road 7, Lauderdale Lakes, signed a 660 square feet lease for 5 years with CADEAU PMC, LLC. They will be joining other tenants such as Dollar General, Noodle House, Tamarac Surgery Center. Neal Realty & Investments represented the owner and the tenant.

At Oakland Shopping Center, Absolute Home Health Training Center, LLC, have signed a lease with Oakland Commercial Properties, LTD, LLLP. Located at 4103-4105 N State Road 7, Lauderdale Lakes, for approximately 1,200 square feet. The term of this lease will be for 3 years, joining other tenants such as Oriental Food Mart, Nu-Life Beauty Salon, Liberty Tax, and the Broward Family Center.

In addition, at Oakland Shopping Center, GoldGrillZ954, LLC signed a new lease at 4177 N State Road 7, Lauderdale Lakes, Florida. The Tenant has signed for approximately 966 square feet with a lease term for 3 years.

Neal Realty & Investments signed a 5 years lease with Hair Masters Barber Shop, LLC. Located at 4111 N State Road 7, Lauderdale Lakes, approximately 600 square feet at the Oakland Shopping Center.

Also, at the Oakland Shopping Center, Hong JI Trading, LLC, signed a lease for 3 years at 2,280 square feet. Neal Realty & Investments represented both the owner and the tenant.

Turtle Run Shoppes, located at 6325 West Sample Road, Coral Springs, Florida, welcome a new tenant of Toys Express, LLC. They will be joining popular tenants such as Ross Dress for Less, Bargain Dollar, Smoothie King, Super Cuts and more. The leased space was for 3,580 square feet for 10 years.
