Renowned for his achievements, Timothy is an award-winning leader deeply ingrained in the local community. Currently serving as the City Commissioner for Sea Ranch Lakes, co-chairman of the Florida Commercial Brokers Network, and a member of esteemed organizations such as the International Council of Shopping Centers, Broward 100 Club, Executives' Association of Fort Lauderdale, and a CCIM Candidate. For over 20 years, DK has positioned her clients at the forefront of the rapidly changing commercial real estate industry. In the 1980s, she worked with multifamily clients during the condo conversion boom. Today, she assists clients from around the world in executing complex international real estate transactions in the South Florida market and works with local medical professionals to understand how the Affordable Care Act will impact their leasing and property needs.

DK is driven by a desire to understand the complexities of the commercial real estate industry to serve a wide range of client needs, including:
