Neal Realty Negotiated the Following Leases:

Boulevard Shoppes, located at 5200 North University Drive, Lauderhill, signed a 1,280 square feet lease for three (3) years with Strategy’s Insurance & Financial Services. Other tenants at the center include Bennett Auto Supply, Ruby Nails, All My Children Daycare, and Trinity Tax Plus Multi-Services. Neal Realty & Investments represented the owner and the tenant.

Bulla King Bakes leased 1,250 square feet for five (5) years at Inverrary Plaza West. Inverrary Plaza is located at Oakland Park Blvd & Inverrary Blvd West, Lauderhill, Fl. The tenant joins TD Bank and Desjardins Bank at this center. Neal Realty & Investments represented the owner and the tenant in this lease.

BodyTek Fitness leased 2,700 square feet for five (5) years at Tanglewood Plaza; the plaza is located at 9610 Pine Boulevard, Pembroke Pines, FL. BodyTek will be joining other popular tenants such as, MD Now, Star Bucks Coffee, Kindercare Learning Centers, Sweet Art Bakery, and Beach Front Realty. Neal Realty & Investments represented the owner and the tenant.

Pinecrest Square Plaza, located at Cypress Creek Road & Dixie Hwy., Fort Lauderdale, Fl, signed a three (3) year Lease to open a 1,580 square foot “authentic” Mexican restaurant.  Pinecrest Square has several popular tenants such as are   such as 7/11, Jiffy Lube, Cheers and Subway. Neal Realty & Investments represented the owner and the tenant.
