GP Plaza, located at 1242 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. West Palm Beach, signed a 1,280 square feet lease for ten (10) years with Palm Beach Lakes Laundry. Other tenants at the center include Family Dollar, ATT Services, and Beauty Boutique. Neal Realty & Investments represented the owner and the tenant.

Lauderhill Botanicals leased 3,933 square feet for five (5) years at University Shoppes. The Plaza is located at North University Drive & Inverrary Blvd, Lauderhill, Fl. The tenant joins Sally Beauty, Smart Energy Solutions, and Manna Restaurant at this center. Neal Realty & Investments represented the owner and the tenant in this lease.

Bloomleaf leased 900 square feet for five (5) years at Tanglewood Plaza; the plaza is located at 9622 Pine Boulevard, Pembroke Pines, FL. Bloomleaf will be joining other popular tenants such as, MD Now, Star Bucks Coffee, KinderCare Learning Centers, Sweet Art Bakery, and Bodytek Fitness. Neal Realty & Investments represented the owner and the tenant.

Duo Duo Spa, located at S Military Trail & Windward Passage Drive, Boynton Beach, Fl, signed a five (5) year Renewal Lease. Gables End Plaza has several popular tenants such as NYPD Pizza, New Vitality Spa, and My Hot Yoga Studio. Neal Realty & Investments represented the owner and the tenant.

Julie’s Realty, located at 1700 Kennedy Causeway, North Bay Village, FL Signed a five (5) year Renewal Lease. Shoppes at the Lexi has other popular tenants such as Sushi Erika, Bay Village Bakery, and Di Bella Pizza. Neal Realty & Investments represented the owner and the tenant.
