Presidential Plaza is now fully leased with the addition of an 1100 square foot Deli Restaurant for five (5) years. Presidential Plaza is located at 3599 Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood, FL. Other tenants at the center include Walgreens, Bank United, and Wendy’s. Neal Realty & Investments represented the owner and the tenant in this lease.

Standing on God’s Promises Ministry leased 1600 square feet for three (3) years at Boulevard Shoppes. Boulevard Shoppes is located at 5200 North University Drive, Lauderhill, FL. The tenant joins other local businesses such as Bennett Auto Supply, Rancho Nando, and Half Price Mattress. Neal Realty & Investments represented the owner and the tenant in this lease.

Neal Realty & Investments leased 1500 square feet to Facial Salon Beauty Academy at Lakeside Shoppes. Lakeside Shoppes is located at 920 - 1020 West Hallandale Beach Blvd., Hallandale Beach, FL. The lease is for five (5) years. Neal Realty & Investments represented the owner and the tenant in this lease.

Believers Faith Outreach Ministry signed a 13,650 square foot lease for five (5) years at Inverrary Plaza West located at 7301-7345 West Oakland Park Blvd., Lauderhill, FL. Joining other popular tenants such as TD Bank, Desjardins Bank, and Bulla King Bakes. Neal Realty & Investments represented the owner and the tenant in this lease.

Effective November 1, 2019, Neal Realty and Investments was awarded the management and leasing for Shoppes of Cooper City, a 35,129 square foot Shopping Center located at 12133 - 12397 Sheridan St, Cooper City, FL 33026. National retailers in the surrounding area include Wells Fargo and Dunkin Donuts.
