American Family Care signed a 3,120 square foot lease for ten (10) years at Hallandale Walmart located at 2351 E Hallandale Blvd, Hallandale, FL. Other tenants at the center include T- Mobile, Subway, and Burger King. Neal Realty & Investments represented the owner and the tenant in this lease.
The Basement Hair Salon leased 1,040 square feet for three (3) years at The Shops of 26th Street. Shops of 26th are located at 2560 N State Rd 7, Lauderhill, FL. The tenant joins popular tenants such as Brother Soul Food, Kradle to Kindergarten, Central Nail, La Hispaniola, and Crown Cleaners. Neal Realty & Investments represented the owner and the tenant in this lease.
Neal Realty & Investments leased to RM&B Auto Sales Corp for the premises of building 460 on South Dixie Hwy. This building is managed by Neal Property Management. The lease is for three (3) years for 856 square feet. The full address of building 460 is 460 South Dixie Hwy, Pompano Beach, FL 33060.
Dentistry at Serenity Cove Inc. signed a 1,814 square foot lease for ten (10) years at Copper City Walmart. Located at 4714 South Flamingo Road, Cooper City, Fl. Wine and Liquor Depot has also signed a lease for 2,400 square feet for five (5) years. Both tenants are joining other popular tenants such as Alfredo’s Pizza, Great Clips and Nails & Spa Studio. Cooper City Walmart is now fully leased, Neal Realty & Investments
