Neal Realty has represented the landlord, Corn Properties, in a new retail lease at the Oakland Shopping Center. Best of the Best Barber has leased 1,200 sf in Suite 4257. The 108,966 square foot center is located at 4101-4397 North State Road 7 in Lauderdale Lakes. Neal Realty exclusively represents the landlord.
At The Boulevard Shoppes, located at 5344 North University Drive in Lauderhill, Neal Realty represented the landlord, SG Ventures 1, in a 6,560 square foot lease.The new tenant in Suite 5200 is a restaurant, Rancho Nando. Neal Realty is the exclusive leasing agent for the 40,537 square foot center, which includes tenants Bennett Auto Supply, ½ Price Mattress and others.
Nappy Napz Unisex Barbershop has leased 660 square feet of office space at the Lakes Medical Center. The 54,828 square foot combination retail, office and medical space is located at 4455-4485 N. SR 7 in Lauderdale Lakes. Neal Realty represents exclusively the ownership, Lakes Medical Center, LLC. The new tenant joins Dollar General, Noodle House, Tamarac Surgery and many other local tenants.
Gables End Plaza in Boynton Beach at 4895 Windward Passage Drive is now fully leased by Neal Realty with its new tenant,The Smoke Shop, which is leasing 1,203 square feet in Unit 8. The 18,540 square foot neighborhood center is owned by Gables End AP, LLC and includes many local favorite businesses. Neal Realty and Neal Property Management exclusively lease and manage this popular center, whose tenants include NYPD Pizza, Dynamic Beauty, Universal Kidney and others.
Pinecrest Plaza, 903-999 East Cypress Creek Road in Fort Lauderdale, has a new tenant. Galaxy Pizza has leased 1,580 square feet in Suite 959. Neal Realty represented the owners, Pinecrest AP, LLC in the transaction. The new tenants join 7-11, Jiffy Lube, Subway, Duffy’s Diner, Pet Emergency Center and many other popular local and national tenants. The plaza is leased and managed by Neal Realty and Neal Property Management.
In Pompano Beach at 410 South Dixie Highway, Edgar Urbaez Auto Export leased 1,509 square feet of flex space. Neal Realty and Neal Property Management lease and manage this 9,170 combination retail/warehouse building which is owned by Barban, Inc. and is now fully leased.
At the Pine Ridge Plaza, located at 969 East Commercial Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale, new tenant A1 Stylez leased 1,200 square feet of retail space. The 23,000+ square foot neighborhood center includes tenants State Farm, Nexpage, Rapid Signs, US Healthworks, Irish Dance School, and others. Neal Realty and Neal Property Management exclusively lease and manage the center, owned by BIC Corp.
The Pizza Guys have leased a new store in Vero Beach at the Plantation Plaza, 6690 20 Street. The new tenant will occupy 1,100 square feet, and join other tenants Trendsetters Hair Salon, Sign a Rama and Space Coast Credit Union. The 20,224 square foot neighborhood center, located across from the Indian River Mall, is owned by Vero Beach Associations Retail, LLC
