What the Association requires prior to processing any paper work
Please be advised that before the Estoppel Letter requests can be finalized, a formal written letter must be submitted to the Association from the unit owner noting the following:
• Entity representing i.e. Buyer/Seller/Lender
• Address of the Building
• Unit Number
• Seller Name (For refinance put Lender information)
• Buyer Name (Not necessary for a refinance)
When submitting the written information as noted above, please attached a check in order to proceed:
