Leases Signed in January and February

Neal Realty Handled the following leases:

Gulf Mechanical leased 621 square feet of office space in Coral Springs. The new tenant will be located at the 1750 Building, located at 1750 North University Drive. The 42,000 square foot combined office and retail building is owned by 1750 University Holdings, and is currently undergoing extensive renovations. Also at this property, People’s Bank lesaed 614 square feet on the second floor. Neal Realty and Neal Property Management exclusively lease and manage the property.

In Pompano Beach at 402 South Dixie Highway, B&D Auto Sales leased 856 square feet of flex space. Neal Realty and Neal Property Management lease and manage this 9,170 combination retail/warehouse building which is owned by Barban, Inc.

At the Shoppes of Delray, located at 14424 South Military Trail, Hai Yu Day Spa leased 1,275 square feet of retail space. This center is now fully leased and other tenants include Radio Shack and many popular local businesses. Neal Realty and Neal Property Management both exclusively lease and manage this center, which is owned by Shoppes of Delray AP, LLC.
